Chad M. Shaffer, born on October 20, 1971, in Sylacauga, Alabama, passed away on November 29, 2024. He was the cherished son of the late Thomas Monroe Shaffer and Paula Maxine Roberson Shaffer.
Chad dedicated his life to being a form carpenter, a profession that allowed him to express his creativity and skill. He found joy in various pursuits; whether it was building bridges, fishing by the serene waters, preparing delicious meals inspired by his favorite cooking shows, or engaging in friendly competition as an avid pool player, Chad approached each activity with passion and enthusiasm.
Chad is lovingly remembered by his wife, Cindy Shaffer, and his son, Cody Dowdy. He is also survived by his sister, Adria Shaffer.
A celebration of Chad's life will take place on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM at River of Life Worship Center, Nicholson. In this time of remembrance, may we honor the impact he had on all who knew him. Arrangements by Lord and Stephens, WEST.
