Chadd was born on April 9, 1987 in Kankakee, Illinois to Charles Edward Steele, Jr. and Cristy Ann (Johnson) Wilson.
Besides his parents, he is also survived by two brothers, Craig R. Steele and Kyle E. Steele.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home, 900 North Court Street, Marion, IL.
Cremation rites will be accorded and no public services will be held at this time.
