Chan Naillon, 83 of Cedarville, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Bakers Place in Vineland.
He was born in Newport, TN to the late Bruce Naillon and Eliza Sutton Naillon and had been the husband to the late Elaine Pettit Naillon. He moved to Millville at the age of 16 but grew up in Hot Springs, NC. He was a Millville resident for most of his life and retired from Wheaton Glass Co. after working there for many years as a machine operator. Prior to that, he had been employed by Durand Glass, Foster and Forbes and as a self employed auto mechanic at Chans Auto Repair in the 90's. Chan enjoyed playing pool and he was a member of the Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge, the Eagles Club and the Disabled Veterans of America in Florida.
He is survived by; his daughter, Lisa Maychak (Christopher) of Cedarville, granddaughter, Miranda Maychak; sister, Ilone McFalls of NC; and a host of nieces and nephews in NC. He was preceded in death by; wife, Elaine Naillon; son, Chan Naillon, Jr.; brothers, Mack, Herman, Jeter, and Bruce Naillon, Jr.; sister, Gladys Fleming; long time companion, Linda Pole; mother in-law, Georgeanna Warzbok; and brother in-law, Clifton H. Pettit, Jr.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th at 10 AM, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Millville. Inurnment will take place following the service. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
