Cremation will follow at Southwest Louisiana Crematory (1100 Trotter Street) in New Iberia, LA.
A visitation will be held at Fletcher Funeral Home on Friday, February 9, 2024, beginning at 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and will resume at Fletcher Funeral Home on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
Mrs. Phaengkhamhaknative was a native of Vientiane, Laos and resident of New Iberia, LA. She passed at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at her residence.
She is survived by her husband: Phayvanh Phaengkhamhak of New Iberia, LA; two sons: Singthong Phaengkhamhak of New Iberia, LA and Khamtun Mahavang of Vientiane, Laos; four daughters: Bounhung Mahavang, Phayvanh Mahavang and Phaysy Mahavang all of Vientiane, Laos and Keomany Phaengkhamhak of New Iberia, LA; twenty-two grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son: Phonsavanh Phaengkhamhak; two daughters: Bounkong Mahavang and Manivanh Mahavang.
