Charlene Ann Belcher, born March 22, 1949, in Bluefield, West Virginia, to Arnold and Francis Shrader, peacefully joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 4, 2025, at the age of 76.
Charlene was a woman of grace, warmth, and deep faith. She found great joy in tending to her beautiful flower beds and spending cherished time with her beloved family and in the evenings, she really enjoyed her ice cream.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Douglas Wayne Belcher Sr.; her daughter, Angelia Annette Belcher (and adoptive family member Lana Gibson); her son, Douglas Wayne Belcher Jr. (Kimberly); and her treasured grandchildren, Robert Crowe (Nicole), Dylan Gulde (Andrew), and Justin Belcher. She is also survived by her sister, Euna Blevins; her brother, James Shrader; and several nieces and nephews.
Charlene was preceded in death by her loving parents, Arnold and Francis Lake Shrader; her sister, Francis Prator; and her brothers, Richard and Thomas Shrader.
Family and friends will assemble at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Grandview Cemetery, Maryville TN for the service and interment.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Tennessee Hospice program via their giving page.
