Obituary for Charlene Jesse Heeter May 14, 1944 – September 23, 2025 Charlene Jesse Heeter, age 81, of Canton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Born on May 14, 1944, to Charles W. Pankake and Hazel M. Pankake, Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Ronald Pankake and James Pankake and her former husband, Clifford C. Heeter. Charlene is survived by her brother Roger Pankake and her five beloved children: Evelyn S. Stevens, Charles E. Heeter, Clifford A. Heeter, Christopher J. Heeter, and Meredith N. Heeter-Hammond. She was also a proud grandmother to 16 grandchildren and a cherished great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren. Her love and devotion to her family were the foundation of her life, and she will be remembered for the joy she brought to those around her. The family requests that any donations be made in Charlene's memory to the Alzheimer's Association at https://www.alz.org, a cause that was dear to her heart. Charlene's warmth, kindness, and strong spirit will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
