Dear Mrs. Jernigan,

I am so sorry to hear about Charlene. I have so many good memories of our childhood, and how Charlene, Marlene and I always had fun together. I know you will miss her, but she is in such a wonderful place now - and that gives me a lot of comfort. I am sure my mother gave her a BIG hug when she saw her!! I will always love you and your family.

My heart is heavy for you at this time. To loose a child has to be the heaviest load one will carry on this earth.
