Charles T. Augusta

Charles Thomas Augusta passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 85 in Coral Springs, Florida. Born on December 23, 1940, in Providence, Rhode Island, he led a fulfilling life marked by dedication to his family and his country. Charles is now reunited with his wife of 45 years Corinne Frances Augusta (Hodson).

After serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) for four years,
Charles graduated from Bryant University, a testament to his commitment and resilience. He then embarked on a successful career as a Systems Analyst, where his reliable and methodical nature proved invaluable.

Known as a devoted family man, Charles's legacy is carried on by his sons, Gary and his wife Christel of Crystal Beach, Florida, and Andrew and his wife Tiffany of Coral Springs, Florida; his five grandchildren; and his sister, Jean Xavier. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joan Schofield.

The services to honor and celebrate his life will be held Saturday, February 21st, 10 AM in the Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum, 1 Rhode Island Ave., Johnston, Rhode Island. Military honors will follow.  Charles's life was a beacon of reliability and service, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
