Eva entered eternal life on Sunday December 21, 2025 in Houston, Tx. She is survived by her children; Christopher ('Chris") Augusta of Donaldsonville, La, Michael Augusta of Brook Arrow. Oklahoma and Theresa Chetlin of Houston, Tx., Two sisters, Yvonne Lemelle (her twin), of New York and Florence Lewis of Texas. One Brother Edward Tauriac of Texas.
Preceded in death by her husband Charles Graves Augusta, her parents, Anthony and Florence Broussard Tauriac, two sisters, Angelina Lainez and Annie Mae Shaw, and infant brother, George Tauriac.
There will be a visitation at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, 421 St. Patrick St., Donaldsonville, 9:00 A.M. on Saturday January 3, 2026 until Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 A.M, celebrated by Rev. Raphael Asika. Interment to follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
