Charles Belote Obituary
Mr. Belote graduated from Lamar County High School, attended Gordan Military College and Isothermal Community College. He spent much of his career in the Textile Industry, retiring as a Manager for the Hanes Corporation. He was a Mason of the Hogansville Lodge Number 93, where he had served as Worshipful Master and Secretary. He also was a member of the Son's of the Confederacy. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include the love of his life and best friend, his wife, Judy Diane Waldrop Belote; children, Keith Ussery (Tina), Chuck Belote, IV. (Lauren), Amy Ussery (Scott) and Brandi Belote; sisters, Julie Albright (Bruce) and Suzanne Adams; grandchildren, Jordan Warren, Bryson Ussery, Aubree Ussery, Cami Shook and Avery; great-grandchildren, Raylee James and Lucy Kate; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and friends. 3 little best friends: Ziggy, Lola and Gracie.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand Chapel with Preacher Mike Reeves officiating. Family will receive friends on Monday at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 pm until service hour.

Chuck was our neighbor on Burnett Road in Barnesville or Lamar county I was probably around the age of 8 to 10
I don´t know how I happened to come up on this today my deepest sympathies to his wife and family. God bless you and he was very good neighbor Lynn (Stinchcomb) Freeman.

The day Chuck married my Sister & came into our Family,He was such an open mine guy, He said it. He would make you laugh, Chuck was a special Man, He loved Family get together,s, Especially around Holidays & Birthdays , It didnot matter what kind of get together he loved it.We all love you
