Chuck was a dedicated mechanic at CS Truck and Trailer in Lithonia, GA, where he truly loved his job, and they loved him too. Known for his love of motorcycles, especially Indian bikes, Chuck found joy in riding and working with his hands. He loved hard and cherished his family, always willing to do anything for those he loved. A proud mamas boy, his kids and grandkids were the light of his life, and he adored being called "Pawpaw" by his girls. Chucks strength, love, and passion will be dearly missed by all who know him.
Chuck is survived by his mother, Denise Bishop; children, Trent (Harley) Bishop, Autumn Bishop, and Josh Bishop; grandchildren, NovaLeigh and Jazmine; brother, Dennis Bishop; sister, Kimberly Bishop (Drifty Parker); aunt and uncle, Donna Buice and Dory Buice; a special cousin, Paul Martin; ex-wives, Amanda and Jenal; special people to him: Shelby Bishop, Lee Buice, and Zaida Maple; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members that he loved. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Harry Bishop Jr.
A service to honor Chucks life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, beginning 11:00 AM in the East Chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In keeping with Chucks wishes a cremation will take place following the services.
