Our beloved father, brother, and grandfather, Charles W. Burdick Jr., age 80, of Warwick and formerly of Providence, passed away on Thursday, August 14th, 2025. Born on December 7, 1944, to Charles W. and Minnie Mae (McLean) Burdick Sr., Charles is survived by his children: Charles W. Burdick, III, and his spouse Brenda; George P. Burdick and his spouse Dawn of Warwick; Virginia Burdick, and her partner, Mike Forti, of St. Petersburg, FL; Michael G. Rebello and his spouse, Tina, of Westerly; and his stepchildren, Christine & Pauline Nardolillo, both of Providence. He is also survived by his devoted sister, Carol Delomba, of North Providence, sixteen cherished grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and his beloved chihuahuas, Misty and Tiny, He will be sorely missed but fondly remembered by all he leaves behind.

Charles was a gentle, hardworking, family man who deeply cherished his children and grandchildren, finding joy in being close to them. He dedicated many years to Tri Town Installation in North Providence until chronic illness led to his retirement. Despite his health challenges, Charles found comfort in his daily conversations with "Frank." He also served as an auto inspection technician assisting the State of RI for many years. In his leisure, Charles enjoyed relaxing in his camper by the beach, rooting for the Patriots, and watching Worldwide Wrestling. Father's Day was especially dear to him, marked by his traditional meal of Veal Parm at Angelo's on Atwells Ave.

Family and friends are invited to honor Charles at visitation & services to be held at Berarducci Funeral Home (cor. Grove & Knight Streets) on Wednesday, August 20, from 4 to 6 pm. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Ghost Church on Atwells Ave on Thursday morning at 10 am, with a gathering at the funeral home beginning at 8:45 am.
