Charles Carmichael Obituary
Chuck was born on August 24, 1963 in Youngstown, Ohio to Sharlene and Charles Carmichael, Sr.
Chuck enjoyed his recent career at local hardware stores helping his customer's with their home improvement projects.
Throughout the years Chuck enjoyed the beaches and he spent his adult life living close to the Atlantic Ocean from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Charleston, SC and retired recently to Surf City, NC. Chuck liked to travel, play golf and entertain in his home. He also had a great love of all sports, especially football. He graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was captain of the football team.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Valerie (Casciano) Carmichael, his sisters, Dawn (Tedd) Lee, Kimberly (Colin) Murray and Amy (Andrew) Bertalacci and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life is planned in the spring of 2025.
Chuck's family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice for the excellent care they provided.
