Charles "Randy" Chelf Obituary
Family Tribute-
Charles R. Chelf (Randy) passed away July 1, 2024, after an extended illness. He was born October 24, 1948, to Charles Chelf and Sara Spears. He is survived by his wife Debra Chelf and her children his son Kevin R. Chelf of Missouri, grandson Nathan R. Chelf and family, daughter Misty T. Betterman, grandsons Jakob Chelf and Benjamin Babiarz of Indianapolis. Brother Edwin R. Chelf (Pam) of Wisconsin and sister Patricia of Spencer along with a long list of beloved nieces and nephews. Randy was a proud Army veteran and telephone repair technician with AT&T for 29 years. An avid musician he lived to entertain, with Sundiblu, his first band, to karaoke. He was greeted by many loved ones at the jam session in the sky, including his sister Cora Sue, nephew Scott and his mother Sara. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Disabled American Veterans at help.dav.org to leave an honorary or memorial gift. We would like to thank the staff at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center for the exemplary care and constant support.
