Charlie was the reason I stepped foot into my first AA meeting. He saw me standing hesitantly by the door, approached me and took me by the arm and lead me inside saying "come on young fella, you look lost". He sat with me at that meeting and many more over the last decade. Charlie helped save my life. Rest easy Charlie, your memory lives on in the many lives you changed and saved. He was one of God's Originals and will be missed.
