Charles Davis Obituary
Reed was a Farragut High School graduate, was Owner and President of C. Reed Davis Contractors Inc. for 30 years, and served in the Air National Guard.
Reed is preceded in death by his father, Euel Davis; mother, Kathlyn (Nanan) Boring Davis; sister, Lynn Dell McKinney, and daughter, Kelly Davis Duisen.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Karen Davis; daughter, Whitney Goodrich (Danny Goodrich); son, Brandon Davis; son-in-law, Richard Duisen; grandchildren, whom were his pride and joy, Drew Duisen, Leighton and Blakely Goodrich; several special nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Amedisys Hospice Care.
A graveside service for Reed will take on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, at 2PM at Lakeview Cemetery. Officiating services will be Steve Yancey. In lieu of flowers, please consider giving to the Pat Summitt Foundation or your local Autism Charity. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Charles, please visit our floral store.
