To all my loving cousins in Philadelphia, My prayers are with you all. Charlie was a gentle soul who brought smiles and laughter to many people. Sorry I will not be able to be with you at his service in person. Your family should be proud of the care and compassion given to him through his whole life. A true example of a Catholic loving family. The video tribute was a wonderful snapshot of his life. My compliments to those who put it together. I will be sending a package to David in Charlie's memory for all of you. Love and continued prayers for all of you. Your Cousins, Tony and Pauline Wallace
