Charles "Charlie" Lee Evans, age 69, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, Lexington, KY, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 8, 1954, in Speedwell, TN, to Odus and Betty Lois Good Evans.
Charlie had a great love for the outdoors, spending countless hours fishing and hunting in the beautiful mountains he called home. Whether he was casting his line into a tranquil lake or tracking game through the woods, he found solace and happiness in nature's landscapes. He also had a special place in his heart for his beloved canine companions. Through the years, they were constant sources of joy bringing warmth to his days with their unconditional love. Beyond his interests lay Charlie's greatest treasure: his family. He was a devoted husband and loving father to his children. Spending time with his family was his greatest pleasure.
