Charles S. Foye

PEABODY- Mr. Charlie Foye, 78 of Peabody, beloved partner of Cindy Cummings, died peacefully at home, on Friday, January 17th, 2025, with the love of his life by his side.
Born in Salem March 26th, 1946, he was the son of the late Donald and Nesta Foye. Charlie was raised and educated in Peabody and was a graduate of the Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, Class of 1965.
Charlie proudly served his country as a member of the Army National Guard in 1965.
An entrepreneur by nature, Charlie embarked on a long and successful career in the auto body repair industry. He was the proud owner/operator of K&C Auto Body in Salem. He was known for his expertise and skill in the industry and was often sought after for his talent. His passion was the restoration of Corvettes. Charlie was considered the best by his customers and friends. He was also very talented in carpentry, plumbing and electrical. There was nothing Charlie couldn't build or repair. Nothing was beyond his realm, and he was always up for a good challenge and was continually kept busy by family and friends doing minor or major repairs. He enjoyed working around his yard and sitting back and relaxing. His happy place was spending time in the Turks & Caicos where he travelled for many years. Charlie will be fondly remembered for his multiple talents, his outgoing sense of humor, and his adventurous spirit. He will be deeply missed.
Surviving Charlie are his children, Christine Fionda and her husband, Matt of Plymouth and Kevin Foye and his wife, Lorrie of Ipswich, along with three grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving sister in-law, Shirley Foye and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Dana Foye and Paula Wright.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to his visiting hours which will be held at O'Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) DANVERS on Friday, January 31st, 2025 from 4 to 7 PM. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
