Charles was a good man. I met him at Bojangles in Raleigh as he was feeding feral cat's. Charles also started a group which is called Hwy 401 cat's. I immediately joined the group and began feeding Big Bo and little Bo every morning on my way to work. I would report to Charles every morning on who showed up for breakfast. Charles would keep me informed as well. He is definitely missed. I will always remember his kindness and such an incredible man.
