Passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 81.
Predeceased by his wife, Joan; son, Kevin Higgins; brothers, Harold Higgins & Lynn Higgins.
He is survived by his children, Daniel Higgins & Brian (Lesley) Higgins; granddaughter, Justine Kauffman; grandchildren, Todd Higgins & Nathan Higgins; step-grandson, Ronald (Regina) Blaessig & Daniel Blaessig; sister, Dorothy Carmody; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and life long friends.
Charles was a retiree of Eastman Kodak. He loved life and living it.
