Charles William Kealey, Jr., 66, of Rawlings, MD passed away October 15, 2024 at UPMC Western Maryland.
Charles was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 12, 1957 to the late Charles and Marian Alice Kealey Sr.
He graduated from Kent County High School and then went on to the Maryland Natural Resources Police Academy. He worked for 25 years as a Natural Resources police officer retiring as a sergeant.
He was an active and detailed member of many community organizations, including the Rawlings Volunteer Fire Department and an honorary member of the Mountainside Marines. He was also an active volunteer in the local school systems - Worton and Bel Air Elementary Schools and Braddock Middle School. In his spare time he loved to tinker and repair small engines, he always planned to open a shop one day.
Charles is survived by his wife of 36 years, Renata; children, William and wife Taira and James; his siblings, Mike and wife Kathy, Marcy, Alan and wife Zuzanna, Janet and husband Ralph; his cat that he adored, Oreo; and a large extended family and many friends.
In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated and there will be no services.

I remember the wonderful Kealey family from my days teaching at Bel Air Elementary School. They were around to help! The boys were good students! I'm so very sorry about your loss of this special husband and father.
