Charles was preceded in death by his father, Charles Kelly Sr.; mother, Louise Rubelli,; brother, Robert (Bob) Kelly, and step father, David Rubelli.
He leaves behind a family who adored him: his devoted sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Daniel Cavanaugh; nephew, Daniel S. Cavanaugh, and his wife Christina; grand-nephew Boone Cavanaugh; niece, Michelle Cavanaugh; grand niece, Eden Figler; grand-nephew, Hunter Figler; and many other treasured family members in Nashville, TN, and Pennsylvania, all of whom will carry his memory with profound gratitude and affection.
In honoring Chick's compassionate heart and his love for animals, memorials may be made to the Loudon County Animal Shelter, a cause close to his spirit..
