I am so shocked and saddened to learn of Charlie's death. As a childhood friend from the neighborhood, ,I can still vividly recall admiring his basketball moves and dribbling skill, his wonderful sense of humor, intellect and joy of life. I still smile when I recall the time he walked with friends through the Glenwood projects in the middle of the night screaming at the top of his lungs "Wake up people, don't you realize wonder bread is being baked while you sleep!"
Who knew then, he was to develop into the wonderful husband , father and lawyer that he became.The world is diminished by his death. May his name be for a blessing!
