Charles D. Lewis, 55, of Bradford, formerly of Wakefield, died Tuesday, September 2 at Saint Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton. Born in Melrose on October 3, 1958 he was the son of Diolinda (Ponte) Lewis of Plaistow, NH and the late Donald Lewis. Chuck was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1976. He had been a resident of Bradford for the past 15 years and had worked as a laborer in the construction and manufacturing field. He enjoyed music, animals and the movies. In addition to his mother, Chuck is survived by his brother Scott Lewis and his wife Cindy of Plaistow, NH, his companion Patty Power of Bradford his step-mother Susan Roberts of Yarmouthport, his step brother Kent Conforti of North Andover and his step-sister Lara Seavey of Cohasset. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Rachel, David and Emily. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday from 4 to 8pm. Funeral services will be private.
