Charles "Chuck" T. Mac Mullan peacefully passed away at his home in the Lake Wallkill section of Vernon Twp., on Friday, May 2, 2025. He was 85 years old.
Born to the late John and Mary (Lovell) Mac Mullan, Chuck grew up in Medford MA before moving to Yonkers, NY with his family when he was 15 years old. After graduating Saunders High School, Chuck proudly served in the United States Army. He was a construction engineer for many years working in NY City for the majority of his career.
Charles and his late wife Jo Ann, moved to Vernon in 1999 after spending almost 20 years enjoying the area as seasonal residents during the summer months. He enjoyed spending time outside and watching the local wildlife.
Chuck was a devoted husband, brother, uncle and friend who was a special man and those who knew him were blessed to have him in their lives.
Chuck was predeceased by his parents, and his beloved wife, Jo Ann (Nappi) Mac Mullan (2009). He is survived by his cherished brother, Frank Mac Mullan and his wife, Colette, 2 sister in laws; Jean Campbell and Janet Nappi and brother-in-law Robert Nappi as well as MANY nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial visitation for Chuck will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at the Ferguson Funeral Home, 27 Third Street, Sussex, NJ 07461. A service will be held at 11AM to 1PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Chucks memory to www.karenannquinlanhospice.org. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Charles "Chuck" T., please visit our Tree Store.
