Charles "Chuck" Sutton Marshburn, 85 of Orange Park, FL passed away March 24th, 2025.
He was born in Onslow County, NC on July 18th, 1939.
Chuck graduated from FSCJ and received an Associate Degree in Real Estate.
He married Lois Marie Marshburn on August 31,1958.
Chuck had a 20-year career in the US Navy as an Aviator then went on to work at Caterpillar as Superintendent and Real Estate.
He was a member since the early 1970 of Blanding Blvd. Baptist Church, and served as a deacon. He had a passion for golfing, fishing, traveling and gardening.
He was survived by Wife Lois "Marie" Marshburn
Children: Katherine Harris, Karla Williams, Charles "Chuck" Marshburn, Jr.
Son in Law: Johnny Williams
Grandchildren: Tracy "Bradley" Harris, Rebekah Rice (Ricky), Lauren Lundy (Aaron) and Chandlor Harris
Great Grandchildren: Ryan Rice, Wyatt Lundy, Riley Rice, Beau Lundy, Raegan Rice, Charlotte Lundy
Brother and Sister: Otis Marshburn and Michele Walden
To celebrate Chuck's life funeral services will be held at Blanding Blvd. Baptist Church, 5005 Blanding Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32210. Visitation starts at 10:00 AM, Service at 11:00 AM, graveside service will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218, starts promptly at 2:30 PM, procession to begin in Lane Two.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Chuck's name to The Shriner's Children's Hospital
