Nancy Louise Handley, 79, of Keystone Heights, FL passed away October 11, 2025. She was born on December 17, 1945 in Dover, NH to the late Philip Irving Stackpole and A. Louise Cooney. Nancy worked in data processing for Hamana and Mayo Clinic. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing and made many outfits for her children when they were young. Nancy was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend and cherished time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew her.
Nancy is preceded by her parents and beloved son, James Philip Handley. She is survived by her children, D. Omaha Sternberg and Rachel Leigh Rivers; siblings, Arthur B. Stackpole, Sr. and M. Anne Keene; grandchildren, Christopher Thomas Crouch, Julian "Raenelle" Sternberg and Storm F. Sternberg; great grandchildren, Blair Ann Crouch and Sylas Preston Crouch with numerous extended family and friends. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, on Monday, October 20, 2025 in the Garden of the Fountain of Life at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery.
