Charles Alan McElroy, born August 14th, 1963, passed away July 28th, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his sister. Carolyn McBurney; and his parents Mary and Ethol McElroy.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda Whitehouse (late husband David) and his brother, Arlus Wayne McElroy.
Charlie was true to himself and how he lived his life. There was no fake in what he thought, believed, or expressed. He lived his life on his own terms. He was a kindhearted and giving soul who always wanted the same in return. He loved his family and loved his pets beyond belief. They were his companions that he valued as much as anything. Charlie always wanted people to laugh and cut up with and he wanted the same from them. He truly was a kind quiet soul who lived to the beat of his own drum.
He was a caring and generous person with those closest to him. He will be dearly missed for his humor and for how he saw things. He was definitely a perfect blend of his parents. He had the strengths of both of them, but with a flare of his own. There is no doubt his family will experience grief, sadly though, grief is a LOVE that has no place to go.

Charlie will be greatly missed. I got to know him recently as a customer as we knew mutual people. His personality always shinned and he was caring and genuine. He will be missed . Rest in Peace and sending prayers for his family.
