Charles McLeod Obituary
Lu was born in Orlando, FL to Charles Lightsey McLeod and Ernestine Hough McLeod.
He moved to Ocala in 1964 and opened the Honda/Suzuki/Kawasaki motorcycle
dealership which he retired from in 1993. He then traveled the country selling and
delivering Maule aircraft and living his best life. He finally fully retired to his beloved
Early Bird Ranch and lived out his remaining days spending time on his very own
'heaven on earth'.
He is survived by his wife Robin McLeod, brother Norman Dudley McLeod, daughter
Cynthia McLeod Desguin; his grandchildren Brittney McLeod, Michael McLeod (wife
Harley) and Jordan Desguin (wife Olivia) along with several great grandchildren,
cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Lu lived life on his terms with no regrets and his family and friends will miss him dearly.
Per Lu's wishes there will be no funeral service. He is to be cremated and spread on his
favorite land.

So sorry to hear of Lu's passing. Years ago we lived across from him in Crestwood and we had a lot of parties together mostly at his home. He was a great neighbor and friend. Lives change so didn't get to see him much after that but always thought he was a super person. Thoughts and prayers for his family and friends.
