Charles Meadows Obituary

He was born in South Charleston, WV to the late Charles L. and Ruth Eloise Wick Meadows. He was also preceded in death by his granddaughter, Breanna; brother Roger Lee Meadows.
Frank was retired from PP & J Contractors. He was a graduate of St. Albans High School.
Surviving is his longtime companion, Terry Woolwine; son, Franklin L. Meadows (Sara); sisters, Colleen Rice and Carolyn Whittington. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Nicholas, Autumn, Tarah, Zachary, Ashleigh and Conner.
Per Frank his wish was to be cremated and a private service held at a later date.
