He went by "Polock Charlie" and enjoyed boat racing, motorcycling with Carol, always had an open door policy and a kind heart. He was straight forward and you always knew where you stood with Chuck.

Throughout the years Carol remained the love of his life and her happiness is what he treasured she became the love of his life and her happiness was what mattered. Everyday since her passing on April 22, 2024, he said that he was ready to be with her.
