He was born in Erie the son of the late Alban "Al" and Mary Heidt Motsch.
He is preceded in death by a brother, John Motsch.
He is survived by two brothers, Al and Michael Motsch.

Burial will be private.

I'm very sorry to learn of Chuckies passing,I lived across the street from the Motsch family on Cochran street,,I hung around with Chuckie's big brother Mike,,but I have fond memories of the entire family,,their mother Mary was a wonderful mother and lady,,their dad was a great guy too,,Chuckie had a wonderful family,,my deepest sympathy to Mike and Al,,my apologies for not being able to pay my respects in person,,as I live in central Florida,,Sincerely Cal Fallier,Lady Lake, Florida
