Charles R. "Chuck" Pauli

Charles R. Pauli, age 66, of Glen Ellyn, passed away on September 19, 2025; loving son of the late Robert C and the late Jeanette M. Pauli; cherished partner of Lynn Mahoney and father figure to her beloved children Bridgett and Thomas Mahoney; former spouse of Dawn and father of Christopher and Amanda Pauli; loving brother of Scot (Frannie) Pauli, Anne (Jack) Spencer, and Judi (Jim) Cuthbert; cherished uncle of Jim (Gina) Spencer, Joni (Chris) Kenrick, Jimmy, Jonny and Jessica Cuthbert; great uncle to Noial, Elan, and Lovam Randelli and Jovianne Newton and beloved owner of his dog Gilly Pup.

Chuck was a prominent and proud business owner for over 40 years in Elmhurst. Chuck truly loved doing what he did day in and day out. Chuck built his business by following these simple steps taught to him by his parents Bob and Jan: hard work, dedication, integrity and most of all honesty. Chuck had many loves: his longtime partner Lynn, his family and friends, his employees – customers and vendors, his dog Gilley Pup, cooking, the outdoors, and of course his beloved band Rush. Chuck will be truly missed by all who crossed his path.

Visitation Friday, October 3, 2025, 2:00 p.m. until time of service 4:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers please donate to your local animal rescue or adopt a pet.
