Janet Beatrice Pauli

Janet Beatrice Browning Pauli, 81, passed away on July 21, 2025 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Born December 8, 1943 to Robert and Beatrice Browning in Miami, Florida, Janet spent her childhood in Plantation, Florida. She dedicated her life to educating young minds, teaching 2nd or 3rd grade for 22 years in the DeKalb County School System in Atlanta, Georgia. As an excellent cook, she shared delicious home-made meals and baked goods throughout the year, but completely outdid herself during holiday time. She was quiet and thoughtful and enjoyed reading to pass the time. Janet was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed.

Janet is survived by her husband of 61 years of marriage, Fred, her sister, Dee Anne, her son, John, and his wife, Suzanne, her son, David, and his wife, Carrie, and her four granddaughters, Hannah, Sarah, Emma, and Kate. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Ponte Vedra Valley Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 10:00 am with services following at 11:00 am.
