Charles Franklin Price, 87, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away on October 18, 2025. He was born on December 3, 1937, in Rossville, Georgia. Charles was a Free Mason who enjoyed fishing, woodworking, Harley Davidsons, and watching football, especially Alabama. He also enjoyed tinkering with cars and knew how to fix anything. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He will be remembered as a resilient man who was determined, tough, and never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite Price.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sons, Charlie Price and Gary Price; grandchildren, Rachel Price, Randy Price, and Camille Stone; great-grandchildren, Logan, Chandler Patrick, Chaysen Patrick, and Cannon Burns; and great-great-grandchildren, Maximus Patrick, Ruger Patrick, and Jonnie Blair.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 4:00p.m.-8:00p.m. at Lane Funeral Home and Crematory South Crest Chapel, located at 833 Chickamauga Ave. Rossville, GA 30741.

Interment will take place at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
