Charles Patrick Proctor

Charles Patrick "C.P." Proctor passed on January 15, 2023, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma at the age of 96. He was born on October 6, 1926, in Dallas, Texas, to Joseph Michael Proctor and Estella Anna Bradley. He spent over 60 years in the Bartlesville area after graduating from the University of North Texas and working at Universal Studios for 2 years. He moved from Texas to Bartlesville, Oklahoma, where he co-owned Ace Glass Co. He was a glazier, worked on notable buildings in the area, and did the glasswork for the Woolaroc museum, Jane Phillips Medical Center, and the Pioneer Woman in Pawhuska. He married Stella Papas on August 5, 1952. Charles was a staff sergeant in the Air Force and was stationed in Germany for 2 years. He was also in the Civil Air Patrol here in Bartlesville, OK. Charles and Stella were members of the Exchange Club, worked at the Kiddie Park, and helped refurbish the merry-go-round at the park. He owned his own plane at one time, and he loved to fly. He was known by many for his boisterous storytelling and his heart laugh.
Charles Proctor, "C.P.", was preceded in death by his wife, Stella, of 64 years. Pat was one of seven children and the last of the Magnificent Seven to pass away. He used to say, "When I go, the Magnificent Seven will be together again."
He is survived by his daughter, Cathy Lamb, his granddaughter Tiffany Lamb, his grandson Christopher Grim, and Dobby the Dog, all of Bartlesville, OK, along with numerous nieces and nephews, and all other extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Bartlesville, OK, and a memorial Service will be held in Kilgore, Texas.
