Charles William Quint Jr., 65, passed away peacefully at home in Florida on September 26, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born with a gift for humor and a deep love for family, Charles brought joy to everyone he met with his trademark dad jokes and warm spirit. He began his career at Sprague in Sanford, ME before continuing in the field of computer design engineering with Baker Company. In 2017, he and his wife moved to Florida, where he found both a new home and a fulfilling career with Rotomation in Ormond Beach.

Charles was also a proud and dedicated member of TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) for many years. In 2005, he was honored as the TOPS King, inspiring countless members with his encouragement, determination, and kindness. His involvement with the organization left a lasting impact on many lives.

Above all else, Charles cherished his family and always making those around him smile and feel loved.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Quint; his mother, Sabra Quint; his daughter, Beth Goodwin, and her husband Erik, with granddaughters Marissa and Megan Goodwin; his son, Eric Quint, and his wife Jeanne, with grandchildren Noella Champagne, Orion, and Aspen Quint; and his siblings John (Debbie) Quint, Annette (Michael) Phillips, Tammy (Ed) Dube, and Steven (Edith) Quint. He is also remembered by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

He joins in heaven his grandson, Noah Quint, and his father, Charles W. Quint.

Charles will be remembered for his humor, his generosity of spirit, and the love he gave so freely. His legacy of laughter and kindness will live on through his family and the many lives he touched.
