Charles "Chuck" E. Scott of Smyrna, DE passed away at home with his wife and family at his side. Chuck was born on August 17, 1962 to his parents Richard & Evelyn Scott. Chuck passed away just 3 days before his 63rd birthday. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, his only son Jason Scott in 2024 and his siblings Ricky and Jackie.
Chuck is survived by his wife Jane (Fuzzi) Scott, his daughter Heather Wlasiuk, siblings Kathy Heiber (Mick), Alice Scott (Calvin), and Loretta Durrell, Clint and Alexis Hayslett, Daphne (Mike) Troy, Aylette and Dallas, special aunt & uncle Kitty and Dave Farmer, special friends Richard (Patience) Kleinen, Troy Campbell, Bill Benjamin, Derek Knowles, Jimmy Barkley (Lucy), Dave and Michele Docote, John & Chrissy from Virginia.
Chuck worked as an equipment operator. Chuck loved life and his family. Chuck was his happiest riding his Harley fat boy with his bros he was know as Nugget. Chucked loved to pull jokes and be a prankster. Chuck would say if they aren't going to be me up, at least I will get a smile (hey your zipper is up)!
Chuck loved Halloween and mask and costumes, fishing and crabbing with his son, cutting grass, camping with his wife on the East Coast. Chuck never had a destination just to waste gas with making memories.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at The Pentecostals of Dover, located at 4462 W. Denneys Road in Dover, DE 19904, where friends are welcome to come an hour prior. Please drive your motorcycle to the services as Chuck would have liked that.
