Charles Simpson Obituary
Born in York, he was the widower of Shirley Simpson and the son of the late J.D. Simpson and Mary Frances Rogers. Charles formerly worked in textiles and was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by two sons, Rickie Simpson Jr and Scott Simpson; four daughters: Tabitha Simpson, Samantha Simpson, Angela Hazelton, and Diane Tercero; a brother, David Simpson; five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gloria Simpson.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 2026, at 2:00pm in the Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery, 1450 Anderson Rd S, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
The family will be at their respective homes.
