Charles is survived by his daughters, Melonie, Megan and Morgan.
A memorial service with military honors under the direction of the Oxford American Legion Post 108 will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, 39 W. Burdick, Oxford, Friday, July 14, 2023 at 1:30 PM with gathering at the funeral home beginning at 12 PM.
Final resting place will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI.
