Charles was residing in the East Stroudsburg area for the past 25 years and prior to that he lived in the Toronto, Canada area until his retirement. He was president of the FUJI-Canada Photo Corporation for many years. He was also an Air Force veteran having served during the Korean War.
He is survived by a 2 daughters: Debra Cleffi and her husband William of E. Stroudsburg, Pa. and Cheryl Franchi and her husband Brian of Hackettstown, N.J. and a son Steven Summerer of Succasunna, N.J., a brother David Summerer of E. Stroudsburg, Pa., 8 grandchildren: Jamie, Colette, Chance, Klye, Shatner, Janel, Ashley and Matthew and 8 great grandchildren.
Cremation services were provided by the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360
