Charles J. "Chuck" Vesely

Charles J. Vesely, age 73, a 13-year resident of Aurora, IL and formerly of Naperville, IL, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026 at his home, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on September 21, 1952 in Cicero, IL.

Chuck is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Sharon Ellen (nee Grevenites); his loving sons, Tom (Crysta Anderson) and Will (Alicia Gallimore) Vesely; his cherished granddaughter, Claire Lucille Vesely; as well as his cousin, Betsy (Otto) Vavrin.

He was preceded in death by parents, Rita (nee Simkus) and Charles Francis Vesely; his brother, Chris Vesely.

Chuck was a musician at heart who found great joy in playing the guitar and piano. He was also a gifted artist and had a wonderful sense of humor that brought smiles to those around him. Throughout his life Chuck loved all animals, especially his pets. Above all, Chuck cherished the time he spent with his beloved granddaughter, Claire-those moments meant the world to him. A devoted husband, father, and proud "Papa Beep Beep," Chuck will be remembered most for the deep love he shared with his family.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 4:00-7:30 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St, Naperville. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 3, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
