Charles Willoughby Obituary
Charles S. Willoughby, 91, of Chambersburg, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born April 13, 1934 in Darby, PA he was the son of the late Charles and Ella (Little) Willoughby.
He is survived by his loving wife Barbara (Mazey) Willoughby, two children Chris Willoughby and Barbara A Nichol.
