Charlotte Bell Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
June 8 th, 1925 in Germany and stayed there until she made her way here to the US and
married John M. Bell. They were married for 59 years before his passing.
Charlotte worked for the PX in Fort Ord in the early 1960's as well as dabbled in Real
Estate.
She also worked for Rod McClellan Orchids for many years following.
Most of Her and Johns time was spent gardening! Their joy was to grow beautiful
flowers and fresh vegetables! They also loved to take their airstream and travel to
different places. Charlotte loved to play the slots at casinos while John would catch up
on the news reading the newspapers.
Charlotte was preceeded in death by her husband John in October of 2013 and her
sister Hedy Lopez in May of 2014.
She is survived by her nephew Larry Lopez of Salinas and niece Nancy Lopez of
Sacramento as well as nieces and nephews in Germany.
Memorial donations may be made to Madonna Del Sasso in Salinas(320 E Laurel Dr,
Salinas, CA 93906)
