She was born in Montpelier, ID on December 7, 1951 to Owen and Mary Katherine Preston.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her brother Lee Preston, her son Emmett Neil Haddock and grandson James (Jimmie) Harley Haddock.
She is survived by her loving husband Steven Jan Haddock; her siblings Edith Miller, Marion Preston, Raymond Preston, Jack Preston; her children Alex, Renea, Andrew, and Michael; and her grandchildren Emily, Savannah, Kaydence, and Porter.
Charlotte will be celebrated privately by her family.
