Charlotte J. Hope, age 76, born on March 14, 1949, in Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away on June 26, 2025 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was a remarkable individual whose life was characterized by dedication to her family, professionalism, and a vibrant spirit that warmed the hearts of many.

Charlotte, a graduate of Silver Creek High School and enjoyed a successful career, working at Robinson Nugget as an inventory control specialist, serving as a senior buyer for ASI Robotics, and contributing her skills in the medical records department at Floyd Memorial Hospital. Her commitment to her work was evident throughout her professional journey.

She took great pride in her family. Charlotte cherished her time spent with her son, Marty no matter if it was the face-time calls, going places or just the time spent with him. Marty was her rock and best friend. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren-Hayden (Taylor) Hope, Dawson (Addison) Hope, Morgan (Kenzie) Hope, and Meghan Jenkins. Charlotte’s love for her family was boundless, and she found immense joy in listening to her daughter-in-law, Lori, sing.

Her hobbies included playing cards, bingo, bunco, and karaoke, as well as engaging with crosswords and Sudoku, always opting for large print. She especially enjoyed her time with friends at Mark Elrod Towers and took great pleasure in preparing her prized baked beans for various cookouts.

Charlotte is survived by her son, Marty (Lori) Hope; her grandchildren; her brother, Joseph Lee Hope, Sr.; 2 great grandchildren; her beloved furry granddaughter, Roxie; as well as several nephews, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Asberry M. and Edith Hope.
