I´m so very sorry for your loss. I remember how loving, kind and sweet she was. She was a Mom to many. Always there for everyone. She served our community well. She will be missed by many. R.I.P Mom thank you for everything you did! Please know all of the family is in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you can find comfort and peace during this difficult time.

Nothing short of an incredible woman.
My first step into law enforcement was as an Auxiliary Officer in Eastlake, and Charlotte was there from the start. She didn´t just know the assignment....she cared. I always felt like more than just another officer to her, almost like an extra son.
She looked out for me the way a mother does. Quietly. Constantly. Without needing credit.
She will always have a special place in my heart because of how big her heart was.

To Fred and Family, I just wanted to spread a little love your way. Im truly sorry for your loss, but know that she left a legacy of service to the community that we both followed. She was my first "public safety" boss as an auxiliary Police officer as a very young man. Good times to remember. God Bless your family Fred. Mike Smith
