Chasidy Jay "Chaz" Passick

Chasidy "Chaz' Jay Passick, age 42, a resident of Davenport, WA has passed away on Nov. 16, 2025. Chaz was born on March 18, 1983 in Charlotte, Michigan, the son of Luke J. Passick and Martha Ann Schlehuber.

He was full of adventure and the outdoors was his playground from the earliest of years. Chaz was raised in Clare, Michigan where he attended school and graduated as a twelve year senior from Clare High School in 2001. He worked in construction and a roofer for many years. Chaz also held a variety of local jobs in his early working years. He devoted his attention to family and friendship. Fiercely loyal and protective of those he loved, Chaz watched over his mom and moved to be near her in Davenport, WA two years ago. He enjoyed watching his girls grow up in Michigan and hoped to share more time with them in the coming years.

Chaz had a collection of rocks, pebbles and stones that was precious to him and was always on the search for the next "gem" that caught his eye. He had a colorful preference when it came to music and like to listen at high volume. If it had a motor, Chaz loved to roll the throttle and let the horsepower be felt. He loved fast cars, dirt bikes and life with a rooster tail. He also enjoyed hunting, camping and the freedom of the wilderness. Chaz had sweat soul, a heart of forgiveness and a true friendship that came with a lifelong bond. He was generous of his time and what he had to give. He was the life-of-the-party, forever enjoying the company of others and sharing in the next adventure.

He was preceded in death by his father, Luke Passick and his brother, Nathan.

Chas is survived by his mother, Martha Ann Schlehuber, at the home; daughters, Adera Roland and Josylyn; his sisters, Casey Smity and Tiffany Passick and companion, Stephanie Richardsen.
