Chelsea Elizabeth Orosco, age 22, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2025. She was born to Johnny and Daphne Orosco on June, 17 2003 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Chelsea grew up surrounded by animals, livestock, and stock shows, creating a profound love for animals. She was a 2022 graduate of Banquete High School, where she actively participated in various extracurricular activities, most notably serving as President of the FFA Chapter. Chelsea was currently a senior at Texas A&M University in College Station. She shared a special bond with her dog Hunter, her loyal companion.

Chelsea possessed a unique ability to illuminate life, not merely for herself, but for everyone who was fortunate enough to know her. She had the capacity to transform an ordinary day into an extraordinary adventure, whether through hunting, fishing, golfing, or simply reveling in the beauty of nature. Her infectious smile and fearless personality made it impossible not to admire her. Chelsea embodied the essence of living life to the fullest, infusing every moment with laughter, joy, and a touch of playfulness. Her presence had the power to elevate any environment, simply by being herself. Among her many blessings, Chelsea cherished the close relationship she shared with her great uncle Ronnie and great aunt Terry Urbanczyk. Their love, encouragement, and unwavering support played a special role in her life, and the memories they created together will always be treasured.

Though Chelsea may no longer be with us physically, her memory will forever reside in our hearts. Her spirit will continue to live within us, inspiring laughter and joy in all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Val and Janie Orosco; great grandparents, Paul and Tillie Urbanczyk; great grandmother, Martha Thompson; and cousin, Coby Hale.

Chelsea in survived by her parents Johnny and Daphne Orosco; siblings, Johnny (Adrianna) Orosco Jr., Dug Orosco, and Katee Orosco; grandparents, David and Mary Ann Petray; nieces and nephews, Kaleb, Johnny III, Klynn, and Raelynn; uncles and aunts, Sonny and Tammie Hale, Paul Petray, Marcus and Joann Smith, Oscar Orosco, and Val Orosco. She is also survived by many extended family members, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23rd at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Panna Maria, Texas. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 11:00 a.m. with the Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. also at the Church. Burial will follow at the Panna Maria Cemetery.
